The members of the new Steering Committee, normally the site leadership team. Ideal team size is between 5-7 people
Mission To understand the role of the Steering Committee in driving the improvement program, including establishing and analysing key metrics to facilitate the selection of the highest priority projects
Deliverables A Charter for the Steering Committee Meeting, assigned Roles and an Action Plan to Roll-out the improvement program
