Practical Process Improvement (PPI)

PPI has the power to transform your organisation using your current internal resources. You will need some help to get started but will be able to run with the program very quickly, and achieve dramatic results almost immediately.

There are several elements to PPI

  1. •  Management Training - an overview of continuous improvement and a discussion of key metrics and prioritisation of projects
  2. •  Facilitator Training - the role of Facilitator is pivotal to PPI in keeping teams focussed on and moving through the 8-Step Method
  3. •  Team Projects - 2 to 4 project teams are taught and coached by a qualified PPI trainer, learning the methods while solving key problems. They follow the 8 Step Method over a period of 6-10 weeks with gaps in the formal program to allow them to complete their project work

The Practical Process Improvement program was developed by Ed Zunich and represents a synthesis of all the best quality ideas presented in a simple, structured way that is accessible to everyone. It is a team based problem solving method and has saved commercial organisations (mainly US based) hundreds of millions of dollars over the past 5 years. Simple Improvement has the licence to apply PPI throughout Europe.
